2.WZH single-effect external circulation vacuum concentrator recovery is an alcohol recovery type, used for evaporation of alcohol solutions, with a large condensation cooling area to ensure alcohol recovery, with a recovery concentration of 70-85%, an alcohol loss rate of <5%, and a temperature of <40C after alcohol recovery.
3.WZS single-effect external circulation vacuum concentrator paste collector, used for single-effect evaporation and concentrated paste collection. After normal evaporation of the single effect, close the valves connecting the nozzle and circulation pipe of the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber, so that all the liquid enters the evaporation chamber, and the jacket of the evaporation chamber is heated to perform atmospheric pressure decompression concentration to increase the concentration specific gravity of the material to 1.2-1.3.
