Features
Widely used for evaporation and concentration of water or organic media solutions in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and other industries. Especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials (such as pharmaceutical intermediates, alcohol extracts, fermentation broth, organic acids), low-temperature continuous concentration under vacuum conditions can ensure product quality.
Working Principle
The raw material liquid is added from the top of the heater. Due to gravity and affinity to the tube wall, the liquid forms a film and flows downward along the inner wall of the tube. The liquid film is heated and evaporated by the heated steam, and the gas quickly leaves the heating surface (liquid film) and flows downward along the tube. The gas and liquid enter the evaporation separation chamber for separation, and the secondary steam is discharged from the top of the separation chamber, and the concentrated liquid is extracted from the bottom.
